Room One: a private guest suite with spacious room offering twin or double bed options, a private bathroom with shower and bath facilities and dressing room. A comfortable space-saver bed provides a further single bed option for a third person or child.

£60 per night for double room, £40 for single occupancy including breakfast.
Breakfast is served in the kitchen, with a choice of menu, including vegetarian options. Fresh, local produce is used wherever possible. Packed lunches and evening meals are available by arrangement and supper can be provided for late arrivals.
Guests are welcome to make use of the terraced garden and weather permitting, the barbecue and outdoor eating area.
Ayton has a small village shop, bank and Post Office and there are a good range of pubs and restaurants in the surrounding villages.
